This twelve-month journey is photographer Andrés MacLean’s tribute to his country on the year of its bicentennial. Known as The Bolivian Traveler, Andrés set out to honor Bolivia through the lens of his camera.

Over the course of more than 35,000 kilometers/22,000 miles, he invites us to see Bolivia through his eyes: its inspiring landscapes, its vibrant and deeply rooted celebrations, and the small but powerful lessons he discovers along the way.

The photographs in this book reflect not only his love for the land where he was born, but also offer us a window, through deep respect, into its people, its traditions, and its breathtaking landscapes.

This is an intimate and powerful visual journey through Bolivia that is diverse, full of contrast, and profoundly beautiful.
